DroneShow 2025 exhibition already has 90% of its area occupied

The DroneShow exhibition has few booth areas available. The exhibiting companies represent the entire ecosystem of the Drone sector

The DroneShow 2025 exhibition floor plan is already 90% occupied, with six months to go until the event, which will be held from June 3 to 5 at Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Azul, in São Paulo (SP), Brazil.

Among the exhibitors are important players in the drone ecosystem in Brazil and around the world, whether companies or government entities, such as the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), the Department of Airspace Control (DECEA), the Ministry of Defense (MD), the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA), among others.

The purpose of the DroneShow Robotics exhibition is to bring together manufacturers and importers of drones, embedded technology, robotics, autonomous systems, related equipment, data processing platforms, as well as service providers, regulatory entities, universities, startups, and public and private users of these technologies.

Courses and seminars

DroneShow Robotics will also feature a full schedule of courses and seminars.

 

The courses offered at the event are focused on providing comprehensive training in the areas of geospatial technology and drones. They cover topics such as digital mapping, geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing technologies and drone applications. Taught by recognized experts in the market, the courses offer participants the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, learn about the latest innovations in the sector and develop essential skills for their professional careers.

The seminars aim to provide participants with strategic information for decision-making. They address the use of technologies and their applications in the areas of agriculture, forestry, environment, municipal management, air mobility, among others. With the participation of speakers and debaters who are experts in their fields and recognized in the market, the seminars offer participants the opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the sector.

Business Roundtable

At the Business Roundtable that will take place at the trade fair, exhibiting companies in the sector will have the opportunity to participate in pre-scheduled 20-minute meetings, according to the demand and supply of interested parties, increasing the possibility of generating qualified leads and opportunities for partnerships and business in the geospatial technology, drone, space and advanced air mobility markets.

Simultaneous events

Simultaneously to DroneShow Robotics 2025, three other technology events will be held at the same location: SpaceBR Show, about the space sector; Expo eVTOL, focused on Future Aviation; and MundoGEO Connect, about Geospatial technologies. The Smart City Business Brasil, dedicated to smart cities, will be held in the pavilion next door.

Highlights from the last edition

The MundoGEO Connect, DroneShow Robotics, SpaceBR Show and Expo eVTOL 2024 fairs exceeded expectations and brought together 8,100 professionals from 33 countries over three days, a 42% increase compared to the previous edition. Organized by MundoGEO, the events took place from May 21 to 23, 2024 at the Expo Center Norte – Pavilhão Amarelo, in São Paulo (SP), Brazil, and established themselves as the largest meeting in the Americas that brings together the sectors of geographic intelligence, drones, space and eVTOL aircraft in the same space.

The exhibition area, which grew 50% in size compared to 2023, brought together 120 exhibitors representing more than 200 brands, with emphasis on national and international players. In addition, the program with 25 activities including courses, seminars and forums featured 180 speakers from several countries, allowing the sharing of knowledge and experiences in these markets.
